1. Operator and current status

Synlara is currently a pre-registration service brand operated by Michael Rooijakkers in the Netherlands. The website is used to present planned B2B automation and software services and to receive non-binding business enquiries.

Paid work will not begin until the appropriate business registration is complete, the contracting identity and registration details have been provided to the prospective client, and both parties have entered into a separate written agreement.

2. Business enquiries only

Synlara currently accepts enquiries only from businesses, professional organisations, and people acting in a business capacity. The website is not offering services to consumers.

3. No contract through the website

Submitting the contact form, sending an email, requesting a Quick Scan, or booking a call does not create a contract, require Synlara to accept an engagement, or reserve delivery capacity. Initial conversations and enquiries are non-binding.

4. Website information, examples, and pricing

Website content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, diagrams, example system designs, prices, pilot parameters, timelines, acceptance criteria, and possible outcomes are not a binding offer, performance guarantee, or promise that a particular service is suitable for a specific organisation.

Content may be corrected, updated, replaced, or removed without prior notice.

5. Future paid engagements

If both parties decide to proceed after registration, the scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment schedule, responsibilities, acceptance process, intellectual property, confidentiality, support, termination, and project-specific liability will be set out in a proposal, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement supplied before work begins.

Those project documents, rather than these Website Terms, will govern the paid engagement.

6. Acceptable website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or harmful information, introduce malicious code, overload the website, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

7. Third-party services and links

The website relies on or links to third-party services for hosting, analytics, security, form delivery, email, and scheduling. Those services are subject to their own availability, terms, and privacy practices. A link to a third-party website does not mean that Synlara controls or endorses all content on that website.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Synlara name, website design, copy, diagrams, software, and other original website materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially reused without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and security

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be limited by maintenance, hosting issues, security events, third-party failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

10. Responsibility and website liability

You remain responsible for decisions made using general website information and should obtain appropriate professional advice for legal, financial, compliance, or operational decisions. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any liability arrangements for future project work must be agreed separately in writing.

11. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. That policy provides information about data processing; it is not a contract that visitors are asked to accept.

12. Changes to these Website Terms

These Website Terms may be updated when the website, legal status, or services change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Changes to these Website Terms do not alter a separate written agreement.

13. Governing law

These Website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

14. Contact

Questions about these Website Terms can be sent to info@synlara.com.
