Software Built Around the Work You Actually Do.
Synlara removes operational friction through automation, integrations and custom software—shaped around your process, your controls and the tools already in place.

Problems That Should Not Need More Admin.
Good software removes a constraint from the work. It does not add another system for the team to feed.
Manual handoffs
Work stalls between people, inboxes and approval steps.
Duplicate data entry
The same information is typed into multiple systems.
Disconnected tools
Useful systems exist, but the flow between them does not.
Slow reporting
Decisions wait for spreadsheets to be assembled and checked.
Unstructured inputs
Requests and documents arrive in inconsistent formats.
Fragile software
An important system is difficult to change or trust.
Find the Best First Move Before You Build.
A focused diagnostic for one recurring workflow or system problem. The aim is to separate a useful, buildable opportunity from an expensive distraction.

One Problem Can Cross Several Systems.
Synlara can combine the necessary parts into one coherent delivery. The scope is defined by the result, not by a preferred platform.
Workflow Automation & Orchestration
Turn repeatable operational steps into a controlled flow, while keeping people in charge of exceptions and important decisions.
- Routing and approvals
- Reminders and scheduled jobs

- Deduplication rules
Internal Tools & Portals
Give teams one focused workspace for the tasks, data and decisions that are currently scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets.
- Admin panels
- Approval queues
- Operational consoles
- Customer portals
Reporting & Decision Support
Replace slow reporting cycles with reliable operational views that show what changed, what needs attention and why.
- Dashboards and KPI pipelines
- Scheduled reports
- Alerts and thresholds
- Audit trails
AI-Assisted Document & Knowledge Workflows
Process varied documents and internal knowledge faster, with source links, confidence signals and human review where accuracy matters.

Start With What Is Slowing the Team Down.
The final system may be simple or sophisticated. Its value should always be easy to explain.
| Operational problem | Possible delivery | Intended outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Data is copied between tools | API integration and validation | Less rekeying and fewer avoidable errors |
| Requests arrive in inconsistent formats | Structured intake and review queue | Complete, traceable work items |
| Approvals disappear in email threads | Approval workflow with status history | Clear ownership and faster handoffs |
| Reports take hours to assemble | Automated data pipeline and dashboard | Current metrics without spreadsheet chasing |
| Customers repeatedly ask for updates | Self-service portal and notifications | Fewer status emails and clearer expectations |
| An important tool is slow or fragile | Codebase audit and targeted modernisation | A more reliable, maintainable system |
What a Focused System Could Look Like.
These are system designs that show the shape of a solution. They are not presented as customer results.
Quote Inbox Pilot
A controlled pre-pricing intake layer that structures freight quote requests, flags missing information and prepares a reviewable task.
Client Intake Portal
A guided intake experience that validates submissions, collects supporting files and sends each case to the correct internal owner.
Operations Reporting System
A reporting layer that combines agreed source data, calculates operational measures and alerts owners when thresholds are crossed.
Small Enough to Control. Complete Enough to Use.
Each stage reduces uncertainty before more time and budget are committed.

A Working System Is More Than the Interface.
- Agreed scope and acceptance criteria
- Architecture and data-flow notes
- Working software
- Validation and tests
- Deployment setup
- Documentation and handover
- Agreed ownership, hosting and access arrangements
There Is a Specific Constraint to Remove.
- One clear, recurring operational problem
- An accessible process owner
- Representative examples or test data
- A result that can be observed or measured
Some Work Needs a Different Starting Point.
Synlara is not positioned as:
- An instant replacement for an entire enterprise platform
- Open-ended strategy without an implementation target
- High-risk decisions running without appropriate human oversight
Practical Questions Before a Build.
Clear ownership, boundaries and review points are part of the system—not paperwork added at the end.
01Can Synlara work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. The Quick Scan checks the available APIs, exports, permissions and data quality before an integration is recommended. Useful existing systems are kept where that is the sensible option.
02Can you improve an existing codebase?
Yes. Work can start with a focused technical assessment covering the current architecture, reliability, security basics, tests, performance and deployment setup. The recommended changes are then prioritised by operational risk and value.
03How long does a project take?
A small, clearly bounded improvement can take days; a custom operational system usually takes several weeks. You receive a realistic scope and delivery sequence before implementation begins.
04Who owns the software and accounts?
Ownership, hosting, source access and third-party accounts are agreed before the build. The default goal is a clean handover with no hidden dependency on Synlara.
05Can people approve important actions?
Yes. Approval gates, confidence thresholds and exception queues can be built into the workflow. High-impact or uncertain actions should remain reviewable instead of running without supervision.
06What happens after the Quick Scan?
You receive a concise action plan and a recommended first scope. You can use it internally, ask Synlara to implement it, or decide not to proceed. If Synlara builds the next step, the €195 scan fee is credited in full.
